2011 PRODUCT DEFINITIONS FOR OTTO ARC BEVELING MACHINES
At Otto Arc we offer a wide variety of beveling machines that range from 1" to 48".Our exclusive product line is the Bulldog which offers a worm gear drive unit, offering more contact between the connecting gears. This allows the machine to bevel heavier wall thickness, over 1" (25.4mm) compared to other beveling machines on the market.
The main body is machined from solid blocks, and the mandrel blades are secured into the mandrel, requiring no springs to hold them on. Our machines also have three tool blocks, which will assist in beveling, facing and counter boring all at the same time.
Tool Bits
Tool bits are designed to work on the following materials: mild steels, chrome steels (35 Rc. Max), stainless steel, copper-nickel, inconel, aluminum and alloys.
Motors
- Electric models supplied to U.S. Market are 110V-60Hz single phase
- Outside the U.S. Market electric models are 220V-50Hz single phase
- Air motors (made in the USA)
